Congratulations to Pipe Sergeant Michael Thain who has been awarded with a Certificate of Recognition from Arbroath Royal British Legion Scotland. The award was given to Mike on Thursday 28th January 2010 from Branch Chairperson Steve Nicoll at a Burns Supper held in the Clubrooms in recognition of his dedication to the band spanning over 20 years.
Steve also acknowledged the appreciation of the Branch for Mikes commitment to the band as Pipe Major over the past 2 years. The band have also acknowledged their gratitude to Mike by giving him a silver quaich.
